Product Introduction
Phlogopite mica tape is a high-performance insulating product, using high-quality phlogopite mica paper as the base material. Phlogopite mica tape is a type of refractory tape formed of glass fibre cloth or film used as single- or double-sided reinforcing material. The material is then baked at a high temperature, dried, wound, and finally slit. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and fire resistance, and is suitable for fire-resistant insulating layers of fire-resistant wire and cable.
Phlogopite mica tape has good flexibility, strong bendability and high tensile strength in normal state, suitable for high-speed wrapping. In the flame of temperature (750~800) ºC, under 1.0kV power frequency voltage, 90min in the fire, the cable does not break down, which can ensure the integrity of the line. Phlogopite mica tape is the most ideal material for making fire-resistant wire and cable.
We can provide single-sided phlogopite mica tape, double-sided phlogopite mica tape, and three-in-one phlogopite mica tape.
The phlogopite mica tape we provided has the following characteristics:
1) It has excellent fire resistance and can meet the requirements of Class B fire resistance.
2) It can effectively improve the insulation performance of wire and cable.
3) It has good acid and alkali resistance, corona resistance, radiation resistance characteristics.
4) It has good environmental protection performance. The product composition does not contain fluorine and asbestos, the smoke density is low when burning, and there is no volatilization of harmful smoke.
5) It is suitable for high-speed wrapping, tightly and without delamination, and can be well adhered to the conductor, especially suitable for wrapping small-diameter wire and cable. After wrapping, the surface of the insulated wire core is smooth and flat.
Application
It is suitable for fire-resistant insulation layer of Class B fire-resistant wire and cable, and play a role of fire-resistant and insulation.

Packaging
Mica tape is packed in a moisture-proof film bag and put into a carton, and then packed by pallet.
Storage
1) The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
