Product Introduction
Synthetic mica tape is a high-performance insulating product, using high-quality synthetic mica as the base material. Synthetic mica tape is a refractory tape material made of glass fiber cloth or film as single-sided or double-sided reinforcing material, bonded with high-temperature resistant silicone resin, after high temperature baking, drying, winding, and then slitting. Synthetic mica tape has excellent high-temperature resistance and fire resistance, and is suitable for fire-resistant insulating layers of fire-resistant wire and cable.
Synthetic mica tape has good flexibility, strong bendability and high tensile strength in normal state, suitable for high-speed wrapping. In the flame of 950~1000ºC, under 1.0kV power frequency voltage, the 90min in fire, the cable does not break down, which can ensure the integrity of the line. Synthetic mica tape is the first choice for making Class A fire-resistant wire and cable. It has excellent insulation and high temperature resistance. It plays a very positive role in eliminating fire caused by short-circuiting of wire and cable, prolonging cable life and improving safety performance.
Because its fire resistance is higher than that of phlogopite mica tape, it is widely used in key projects with high fire resistance.
We can provide single-sided synthetic mica tape, double-sided synthetic mica tape, and three-in-one synthetic mica tape.
The synthetic mica tape we provided has the following characteristics:
1) It has excellent fire resistance and can meet the requirements of Class A fire resistance.
2) It can effectively improve the insulation performance of wire and cable.
3) It does not contain crystal water, with a large safety margin and good high temperature resistance.
4) It has good acid and alkali resistance, corona resistance, radiation resistance characteristics.
5) It does not contain asbestos, and the smoke density is low during combustion.
6) It is suitable for high-speed wrapping, tightly and without delamination, and the surface of the insulated wire core is smooth and flat after wrapping.
Application
It is suitable for fire-resistant insulation layer of Class A and Class B fire-resistant wire and cable, and play a role of fire-resistant and insulation.

Packaging
Mica tape is packed in a moisture-proof film bag and put into a carton, and then packed by pallet.
Storage
1) The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
6) The storage period of the product at ordinary temperature is 6 months from the date of production. More than 6 months storage period, the product should be re-examined and only used after passing the inspection.
